So what the Summer has ended? For ice cream lovers like me, any time is good to have an ice-cream. Especially if I can prepare it at home from only 2 ingredients. When I first saw this Banana Ice Cream recipe on Two Peas and Their Pod I didn’t believe that 2 ingredients can create smooth and creamy frozen dessert, but bananas again has surprised me as an excellent replacement for milk, eggs and cream, which are usually used to make an ice cream. Also, there is no need to add extra sugar, so they are both healthy and guilt-free. Just use ripe bananas – the riper the bananas, the sweeter an ice cream will be.
